Experience an unforgettable musical evening with popular Malayalam singer Rimi Tomy and her troupe, presented as a fundraising concert supporting the St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Parish, Hamilton.

There are no seat number allocations for the event.

Platinum ticket holders are strictly requested to occupy any one seat from Row A to E on first come first serve basis

Gold ticket holders are strictly requested to occupy any one seat from Row F to L on a first-come, first-served basis.

Silver ticket holders are strictly requested to occupy any one seat from Row M to T on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bronze Upper ticket holders are strictly requested to occupy any one seat from Row DD to JJ on first come first serve basis

Bronze Lower ticket holders are strictly requested to occupy any one seat from Row AA to CC on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Seats have to be occupied by the ticket holder and cannot be blocked for others.

Kids aged 6 years and below are permitted with their parent without seat allocation.

📜 Organizers General Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sales :

All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are available unless the event is cancelled. All
prices are in Canadian funds. Full payment is required at time of booking, unless otherwise
stated. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser once the ticket order is paid in full, unless
the ticket has a zero value.
Please note that all tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to service charges that
may vary from event to event. Service charges are the same online and by phone. There are
service charges & payment process charges from Stripe or equivalent for purchases made
through our Kilikood.ca Ticketing platform which is to be borne by the Buyer separately
A Ticket is a Revocable Licence to Attend a Specific Performance
The holder of a valid ticket is admitted to the theatre on the condition that the holder agrees, and
by use of the ticket does so agree in favour of the organizers St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic
Church, Hamilton, to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and sale set out
herein. Any violation of these terms will entitle St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church,
Hamilton to, as applicable, seize or cancel the ticket, withdraw the license granted below, refuse
admission and/or expel a ticket holder, in each case without payment of any refund or other
compensation. The ticket is a personal, revocable license. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets may
not be honoured. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or for any other trade
purposes.
Patrons must occupy their seats within the specified Rows basis the ticket category as per the
Theatre layout attached in the “more details” section and may not move to other locations in the
theatre without permission.
In addition to the foregoing, St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton reserves the
right to expel any ticket holder from the theatre whenever St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic
Church, Hamilton in its sole discretion determines that a ticket holder is disrupting the
performance or other patrons or behaving inappropriately.
St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton, Producers and/or Presenters reserve the
right to change prices without prior notice and are entitled to implement ticket purchase limits
per person or account holder, per credit card or otherwise (and either per performance or for the
entire show engagement).
If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect (regardless of whether it is incorrect because of an
error in a price posted for sale or otherwise communicated through marketing emails, or printed
materials, etc), if the purchaser is able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale
date, or if a ticket was purchased that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then
St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton has the right to cancel that ticket (or the
order for that ticket) and refund the purchaser the amount paid. This will apply regardless of
whether the error occurred because of human error or a transactional malfunction of the
ticketing system. If a refund is processed in error, or a refund exceeds the original amount paid,
we reserve the right to recharge the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

The actual tickets delivered by e-mail, accessed through Kilikood.ca online. Any applicable
order fees or taxes and/or service charges will appear where applicable.

St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton, Producers and/or Presenters reserve the
right to impose limits on ticket purchases. If the purchaser exceeds or attempts to exceed the
posted ticket limits, St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton reserve the right to
cancel, without notice, any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting the purchasers
ticket purchasing abilities. Any tickets canceled due to violating the posted ticket limit may be
refunded at face value (excluding fees). This includes orders associated with the same name, e-
mail address, or other personal information.
St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton accepts the payments modes acceptable
by our ticketing service provider Kilikood.ca
The ticket holder or their guests will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund
prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets purchased. Without limiting the foregoing, you
will not contact St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton, their theatres or authorized
agents to seek a refund or exchange when that is prohibited hereunder or by the rules or
policies of St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton, the show, Presenter or
Producer, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose
card you used to purchase tickets. Should the ticket holder or their guests do so, the tickets may
be canceled, and St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton may, in its sole discretion,
refuse to honour pending and future ticket purchases made from all  card accounts or online
accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future ticket
purchases by any person who accesses or uses any associated online account or credit card
(including any person whose name is listed thereon) or who otherwise breaches this provision.
Ticket Reseller and Counterfeit Ticket Warning

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale, by anyone, without the permission of St. Joseph
Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton and may not be resold at a price exceeding their face
value, other than through authorized partners.
Tickets obtained from any source other than directly from St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic
Church, Hamilton or its authorized agents may be lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets or tickets that
are being resold. Such tickets may not be honoured. The limited license may be revoked and
admission refused.
Rules for minors
Any person entering the auditorium above the age of 6, must be accompanied by a
parent/guardian and hold a valid ticket and have an assigned seat. Young children of 6 years
and below may be seated in a parent’s, guardian’s or caregiver’s lap only without a ticket
and, for the child's safety, the parent is not seated in an upper box, or loge. Children aged 15 or
under will not be allowed entry to an event unless they are supervised, for the duration of the
event, by a parent or carer.

A ticket holder must ensure that the holder and any minors or others for whom the holder is
responsible conduct themselves appropriately and in a manner which is not determined by St.
Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton or its representatives to be objectionable or
disturbing to other patrons.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their ticket for the correct performance, day of
the week, theatre address and curtain time. A missed performance will not be
refunded. Latecomers and any persons leaving the auditorium will not be admitted until a
suitable time in the performance as determined by the Organizers and may be asked to sit in
alternative seats. All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for
latecomers. For certain events, it may not be possible to seat latecomers until the intermission.
If the Organizers has no intermission, latecomers may not be admitted at all.
Cancelled or Postponed Show

If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic
Church, Hamilton will attempt to contact the purchaser to inform them of the status of the
performance(s) purchased, and to inform them of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures.

Food and Beverage : Outside food and drink is not permitted in the theatre. A variety of snacks
and drinks are available for purchase on site and all are allowed in the auditorium. If food or
beverages are not permitted in the auditorium, there will be signage indicating this at the
theatre.

Prohibited Items:

The following items are restricted, may not be brought into the theatre and may be confiscated
by theatre staff:
 Any type of food or beverages purchased outside the theatre regardless of their
packaging or size.
 Illegal drugs and weapons of any kind
 All forms of audio/video/image recording or transmitting devices. The ticket holder is
prohibited from recording, transmitting or aiding in transmitting any picture, video, audio
or reorganizers of the performance or any part of a performance.
The ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of the holder's person and belongings
to ensure compliance with these terms.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any area of the theatre.

providing a safe and enjoyable experience at all of our theatres

Rights Granted to St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton by Ticket Holders:
In consideration of being granted a licence to attend a performance, the ticket holder grants St.
Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton a perpetual right to all photographs, video or
audio recordings of the holder that may be made at the performance by St. Joseph Syro-
Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton and the right to record, use, reproduce, broadcast, sell and
distribute any such photographs, video or audio recordings for any purpose.

Show Content and Language:
Some shows may contain: themes, nudity, language, explicit content, profanity and/or explicit
content intended for mature audiences. While St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church,
Hamilton and the show Producer or Presenter will take reasonable efforts to provide audience
warnings and disclaimers, ticket holders and their guests, are responsible for determining
whether show content is appropriate for them and their guests. No refunds will be granted due
to content audiences may find objectionable or disturbing.

Ticket Holder Assumption of Risk:
Due to the nature of live performance, all artists, dates, venues, prices, seating and programs
are subject to change. St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton does not guarantee
that you will be satisfied with the performance, or that it will be free of technical difficulties or that
any particular cast member will be performing.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and hazards arising
from or related in any way to the performance, whether occurring at the theatre prior to, during
or after the performance, and releases St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton from
all liability, unless caused by the (gross) negligence or wilful misconduct of St. Joseph Syro-
Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton.

Weather Policy:
St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Hamilton is committed to honouring its performance
schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays.
If travelling to the theatre in inclement weather, please allow plenty of extra time. Make sure to

check current road conditions and for public transit delays and updates. We regret that tickets
not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays or public transit disruptions cannot be refunded
or exchanged. If a performance is cancelled for any reason, St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic
Church, Hamilton will post a notice on its website, https://syromalabarhamilton.ca and will
attempt to notify ticket holders, but assumes no liability in the event it fails or is unable to do so.
